17th Dhaka Intl Textile and Garment (DTG) Machinery Expo to take place in Feb ’23
14 October 2022: 17th Dhaka Intl Textile and Garment Machinery Exhibition will to take place during 15-18 February 2023 at the International Convention City, Bashundhara, Dhaka, Bangladesh. There will be other two concurrent shows, viz, DITATEX – 17th Dhaka International Textile & Apparel Accessories Exhibition and DYECHEM – Dhaka International Dyeing & Chemical Industry Exhibition. The exhibition is being managed by Chan Chao International Co., Ltd., on behalf of the Show organisers – Bangladesh Textile Mills Association and Yorkers Trade & Marketing Service Co., Ltd. The show will feature Textiles, Apparels, Accessories, Fibers, Filaments, Yarn, Fabrics, Dyestuff, Pigments & Textile Chemicals, etc.
The show has the backing of various supporters/sponsors such asd Ministry of Textile & Jute, Ministry of Industries, Board of Investment (BOI), Export Promotion Bureau (EPB), The Federation of Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FBCCI), BGMEA, BKMEA, Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce & Industries (MCCI), The Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI), Chittagong Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CCCI), Bangladesh Chamber of Industries (BCI), Bangladesh Indenting Agents Association (BIAA), Bangladesh Terry Towel & Linen Manufacturers & Exporters Association (BTTLMEA), Bangladesh Finished Leather, Leather goods, and Footwear Exporters’ Association, etc.
16th DTG show was held in February 2019. Popularly known as the DTG Expo, the fair is an excellent avenue for international suppliers and visitors to expand business to the lucrative market and accelerate Bangladeshi technological advances that will impart effective quality, high speed and competitive cost to gain that all important edge in textile & garments industry.
This year, over 1,650 booths have been occupied by 1,200 exhibitors coming from 37 countries & regions. The event comprises 11 exhibition halls, including four regular halls and seven temporary AC halls, with exhibits classified in accordance with textile and garment supply chains.
