What makes the 2027 edition important ?
PRINTPACK INDIA is not only a product showcase. It is also a business platform where exhibitors demonstrate machinery in working condition, meet buyers, launch technologies and develop distributor and export networks. Live demonstrations are especially useful for buyers comparing output quality, automation features, production speed and return on investment before committing capital expenditure.
The previous edition, held from February 1 to 5, 2025, recorded 565 participating companies and 141,101 business visitors, according to information published by the Embassy of India in Zagreb. The same source reported business enquiries worth approximately INR3,428 crore and spot business deals of about INR1,475 crore.
For overseas business visitors, IPAMA has announced support such as airport-to-hotel and hotel-to-venue transfers. It has also stated that leaders of qualifying business delegations may receive up to two nights of complimentary hotel accommodation.
With a larger exhibition footprint, strong exhibitor interest and a broad industry profile, PRINTPACK INDIA 2027 is positioned as a major meeting point for printing, packaging and allied technology businesses in South Asia.
