21 July 2026: POLI-TAPE has reorganised its sales team for textile transfer films, bringing together more than 74 years of industry experience.

Francesca Zonin has been appointed Head of Sales. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the textile transfer film industry. She is joined by Holger Beck, who has spent 29 years in print and transfer films, and Michael Hildebrandt, who recently marked 25 years with POLI-TAPE.

The three have known each other for around 15 years through trade fairs and industry events. This is the first time they will work together for the same company.

“We bring different perspectives, experience and networks,” says Zonin. “That mix gives us the momentum to support customers more effectively and bring new ideas to the market.”

POLI-TAPE has long been established in the heat transfer vinyl segment, including through the POLI-FLEX® TURBO series. Since becoming part of the Fedrigoni Group in 2023, the company has continued to develop its textile transfer film business. The new sales structure builds on that foundation.
