ESMA’s Industrial Print Integration 2025 Beckons to Düsseldorf-Neuss

17 July 2025: As the industrial printing landscape continues to evolve, Industrial Print Integration (IPI) remains the most comprehensive event of its kind in Europe.

Set to take place on November 12-13, 2025 at Crowne Plaza, Düsseldorf-Neuss, this flagship conference, organised by ESMA – the European Specialist Printing Manufacturers Association, brings together the entire value chain of functional and industrial printing.

Since its inception in 2022, IPI has quickly become a critical platform for manufacturers, OEMs, integrators, and researchers to explore best practices, share technical insights, and engage in cross-disciplinary dialogue.

With its unique focus on real-world applications, IPI covers everything from inkjet, spray coating, and aerosol to emerging fluid deposition technologies.

The event highlights how advanced printing techniques are enabling innovation across sectors including electronics, packaging, interior decoration, automotive, and life sciences.
This year’s edition will feature thought-provoking keynotes, including:
– Jon Harper Smith (Smithers) on the future of functional and industrial printing;
– Prof. Ronan Daly (University of Cambridge) on microscale droplet kinetics;
– Manuel Klemens (CCL Design) discussing inkjet’s role in HMI development;
– Dr. Werner Kraus (Fraunhofer IPA) exploring AI-powered robotics in manufacturing.

A standout addition to the 2025 programme is a dedicated track on emerging technologies. Topics such as EHD-jet printing of quantum dots, in-air microfluidics, and inkjet-enhanced R2P nanoimprinting promise to showcase breakthrough techniques in sub-micron resolution and advanced fluid deposition. These innovations are set to redefine what’s possible in next-generation manufacturing and high-performance displays.

IPI 2025 will also, for the first time, open the stage to OEMs, offering valuable insights into their technology roadmaps and integration strategies.

Complementing the main event is a complimentary waveform training session on 11th November – an invaluable primer for inkjet developers and integrators.

On the show floor, 70 tabletop exhibits will span the full spectrum of industrial print solutions – from printheads and curing systems to inks, software and analytical tools.

Confirmed exhibitors include Agfa, Barbieri, Fiery, Fujifilm Dimatix, Hybrid Software, IST INTECH, Konica Minolta, Marabu, Polytype, Quantica, Ricoh, Seiko Instruments, Sun Chemical and many more, making this an unmissable opportunity for networking and collaboration.
Whether you’re a technology supplier, end user, or R&D leader, IPI 2025 is the place to connect, learn, and shape the future of industrial printing.
