These weren’t mere posters on the wall; they were visible in every process, every machine and every team member’s discipline. Despite language barriers, I experienced warm hospitality and openness from companies willing to share their practices. This reinforced my belief that collaboration and learning know no borders. Being part of the Teaching Learning Community (TLC) has always instilled a growth mindset in us, and this trip validated that Rangvishwa’s 5S journey, though still evolving, is aligned with global benchmarks.
