SJS Enterprises signs TLA with BOE Varitronix for Optical Bonding and Assembly of Automotive Display Systems
30 December 2025: SJS Enterprises Ltd. one of India’s leading decorative aesthetics companies, announced the execution of a Technology License cum Supply Agreement (TLA) with BOE Varitronix Ltd. (BOEVX), Hong Kong, for the optical bonding and assembly of automotive display systems in India. This milestone is in line with the Company’s strategic expansion plans announced on 16th September 2025.

With this Technology License cum Exclusive Supply Agreement SJS will assemble and optically bond automotive displays for 4 wheelers and supply to customers in India. BOEVX will supply essential components and support the localization of optical bonding, cover glass and backlight units.
The agreement strengthens SJS’s long-term strategy to expand its automotive capabilities and address the growing demand for advanced display systems in India.
BOEVX will transfer licensed technology, know-how and technical expertise, including training and support for manufacturing, assembly, testing, quality control, and supply of automotive display systems for four-wheelers.
This collaboration enhances product capabilities and accelerates localization of key display components. It positions SJS as a comprehensive decorative aesthetics solutions provider in the automotive sector while opening a new growth vertical in digital automotive displays.
