XtraMaker Desktop DTF Printers Launch on Kickstarter

06 August 2026: XtraMaker launched its M1 and M1 Pro desktop DTF printers on Kickstarter on August 4, 2026. Aimed at home creators and small apparel businesses, the systems combine printing, powder application, shaking, curing and air filtration in one compact unit. DTF stands for direct-to-film printing. The campaign is due to close on September 13, 2026. Kickstarter lists estimated delivery in October 2026.

Five stages before heat pressing

XtraMaker describes the M1 Series as a five-in-one automated DTF studio. In practical terms, each machine produces ready-to-press transfer film. A separate heat press is still required to apply the finished transfer to a T-shirt, hoodie, cap or another item.

That distinction matters because the original launch claim suggested that the machine completed the full custom-apparel process. It automates five transfer-production stages, not the final heat-application step.

Two sizes for different workspaces

The M1 has an A4 print area measuring 200 × 250 mm. The M1 Pro offers a larger A3+ area of 310 × 420 mm for graphics such as hoodie backs and jacket designs.

Kickstarter’s reward listings include a one-year limited warranty and global after-sales support for both models.

According to the campaign, the printers offer three resolution modes and a maximum resolution of 1440 × 1440 dpi. XtraMaker also describes their colour system as G7-certified. However, the campaign does not link to an independent certification record, so this remains a manufacturer claim.

Auto-maintenance targets common DTF problems

White ink settlement and clogged printheads can be recurring problems in DTF production. XtraMaker says its maintenance system circulates white ink automatically. The company also claims that a built-in UPS battery can keep the idle-maintenance function operating during a power cut for up to one month.

The campaign lists support for cotton, polyester, denim, nylon, silk, canvas and wool. XtraMaker’s launch release also lists separate heat-press equipment for applying transfers after printing.

Kickstarter backers can choose limited reward tiers for the M1, M1 Pro or a bundle. Buyers should check the live campaign page for current prices, shipping charges, taxes.
