LOUPE South China 2026 Visitor registration is now open with 50% more space

12 August 2026: Visitor registration is open for LOUPE South China 2026, formerly Labelexpo South China, at the Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center from December 02-04, 2026.

The 2026 show is the first South China edition under the LOUPE name. Organisers say the event has widened from a labels-focused fair into a broader platform for labels, flexible packaging such as shrink sleeves and pouches and inline carton converting. It sits within LOUPE Global, formerly the Labelexpo Global Series.

According to the organisers, the 2026 edition will be the largest in the show’s history. They plan to use two exhibition halls and about 30,000 square metres of floorspace, roughly 50 percent more than the 20,000 square metres occupied in 2024. More than 250 exhibitors are expected, up from the previous edition’s 200-plus suppliers. In 2024, the show also reported 16,157 visitors from 77 countries.

Kevin Liu, China Group Director at LOUPE Global, said converters are shifting toward shorter runs, more sustainable formats and greater production flexibility. He said the larger floor will feature more fully integrated workflows demonstrated live. Planned technology displays include narrow and mid-web flexographic presses, hybrid digital printing systems, digital embellishment, shrink-sleeve production, solventless lamination, mono-material pouch production and integrated carton converting solutions.

The education and networking programme is also being expanded. Highlights named by the organisers include the 2026 Label Forum, hosted by the Packaging Printing and Label Association of the China Packaging Federation, covering digital transformation, sustainable packaging and the changing role of labels in connected supply chains. Visitors are also due to have access to a RAIN RFID encoding masterclass, a specialist materials masterclass and a Smart Label Trail across the show floor.

Liu said Shenzhen sits at the centre of one of China’s key package-printing regions. Jade Grace, Managing Director of LOUPE Global, said South China combines manufacturing scale, fast technology adoption and proximity to major consumer markets and that the show is designed to give converters in the region direct access to suppliers and partners.
