IHGF Delhi Fair Autumn 2026 set for 13-17 October in Greater Noida
12 August 2026: 62nd IHGF Delhi Fair Autumn is scheduled from 13 to 17 October 2026 at the India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida, Delhi NCR. The Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH) is organising the B2B sourcing show for home, lifestyle, fashion, furnishings, furniture, gifts and interior products.
As per official fair site, daily timings are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. IST. The event is aimed at overseas and Indian importers, wholesalers, retail chains, e-commerce buyers, designers and other bulk buyers. Visitor pre-registration is open on the organiser website.
EPCH presents the fair as a one-stop platform where buyers can meet Indian manufacturers and exporters, review new collections and discuss export orders. The council has run IHGF Delhi Fair in spring an autumn editions since 1994. The show is UFI approved, and organisers describe it as among the large international trade fairs in its segment.
For the autumn 2026 edition, the official site lists about 900 exhibitors across five exhibition halls and roughly 67,500 sq. mtr. of display area, with around 600 product styles highlighted in the edition snapshot.
The fair is spread across 16 product categories. These include home decor and accents; home furnishing, carpets and rugs; textiles and linen; gifts and premiums; interiors; furniture; fashion jewellery; bags and accessories; lamps and lighting; outdoor and garden; aroma, spa and lifestyle; Christmas and festive decor; kitchen and dinnerware; bathroom accessories; cane, bamboo, paper and eco-friendly products; and kids and babies toys and accessories.
EPCH, set up in 1986-87 as a non-profit apex body for handicraft exporters, says the fair helps project India as a sourcing base for handcrafted and lifestyle goods. Buyers can use the edition to compare suppliers, track seasonal trends and open or expand sourcing relationships ahead of the next buying cycle.
The autumn edition follows the regular IHGF calendar at the same Greater Noida venue.
