AIFMP Bhawan now to be a ‘Reality’

14 June 2021: During 251st GC Meeting of All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP), President Kamal Chopra announced that the dream of AIFMP Bhawan is going to be a reality now, he intimated the house that our former President Subhash Cahnder initiated the idea and another former President Raveendra Joshi started following it vigorously. We are now able to bid for the plot at Manesar, with the constant vigil and support of Satish Malhotra again a former President. It is evident that AIFMP is successful in getting a prime 1,395 sqm Plot No. I-15, Sector 2, Phase 1, Industrial Model Township, Manesar. This plot is being allotted by the Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) through e-auction for Institutional purpose to the highest bidder.

This is the greatest achievement of AIFMP and almost 11 years long dream of Subhash Chander who was the first to induce the idea of Printer’s Bhawan will be the reality now. The proposed ‘AIFMP Bhawan – Research & Training Centre for Graphic Communications’ will be constructed at this site. AIFMP has already received the possession certificate for this land.

For the construction of the Centre, Kamal Chopra said there is need to establish ‘Building Fund’ for the construction of the proposed AIFMP Bhawan. The members were so enthusiastic that even before announcing the requirements of the fundsfor the construction, they started offering donations for the construction of the Bhawan.

President thanked the members who had started the donation drive: Vijay Mohan (Rs.11,000), S. Dayakar Reddy, GC Member, TOPA (Rs.50,000), Mukesh Kaushik, GC Member, DPA (Rs.1,00,000) and Mudresh Purohit, GC Member, APPA (Rs.5,00,000).
