All in Print China 2026 Sets Shanghai Dates and Seven Exhibition Themes
18 September 2026: All in Print China 2026 will take place on 12-16 October 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre in Shanghai, China. The tenth edition will bring printing and packaging suppliers together with buyers, offering a chance to compare production technologies and discuss investment needs in the Chinese market.
Organisers forecast more than 1,100 exhibitors, over 120,000 square metres of exhibition space and more than 120,000 visitors, with international reach exceeding 120 countries and regions. These are pre-show projections, not final attendance figures. Screen Print India’s earlier visitor registration announcement provides further background for visitors planning the trip.
What will All in Print China 2026 cover?
The official exhibition plan divides the show into seven themed segments:
- Digital Printing and Pre-press.
- Comprehensive Printing.
- Package Printing and Post-press Converting.
- Comprehensive Packaging.
- Label & Flexible Packaging, Materials & Fittings.
- Inks and Innovative Materials.
- Innovative Digital and Intelligent Technologies.
The scope extends beyond printing presses. Packaging exhibits will cover processes including die-cutting, laminating, box-gluing and hot-stamping, while the materials segment includes paper, plates, inks and other consumables. The digital technology section lists artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, 5G and digital twins among its subjects.
For printers and converters, that breadth offers a way to assess equipment alongside the materials and software needed to use it. Visitors should confirm specific demonstrations with suppliers before arranging meetings.
A useful preparation step is to bring a short production brief: the substrates in use, typical run lengths, finishing requirements and the problem an investment must solve. Asking suppliers to address the same brief makes comparisons more useful than a general discussion of machine speed. It also keeps attention on the whole job rather than one production stage.
Buyer meetings and international connections
The organisers’ exhibition highlights describe virtual matchmaking and networking meetings for selected printing and packaging buyers. A separate Hosted Buyer Program invites organisations with industry buyer networks to connect their members with Chinese exhibitors. Interested groups should check participation arrangements directly with the organising team.
All in Print China also belongs to Messe Düsseldorf’s drupa alliance portfolio. The network connects regional printing trade fairs, giving businesses opportunities to meet suppliers and customers outside the Düsseldorf event. Screen Print India’s coverage of the alliance’s Las Vegas promotion explains how the organiser presents these regional shows to international audiences.
The next drupa will take place in Düsseldorf, Germany, on 09-17 May 2028, according to the official drupa website.
