Antalis Silver Digital supports for Charity Link Calendar

10 November 2020: Antalis UK has donated paper for the printing of a fundraising calendar, being sold by Charity Link. The NGO provides life’s essentials to vulnerable individuals and families living in hardship in Leicestershire, Rutland and Northamptonshire in UK. Antalis is said to have the largest product range across Papers, Packaging and Visual Communication in the UK & Ireland markets, stocked and delivered from 16 locations.

Antalis donated Silver Digital Matt 200gsm in SRA3 for the printing of the first 250 copies of the calendar. All of the photographs in the calendar have been contributed by Matt Glover Photography, many of them taken during lockdown when his wedding and business photography work was postponed. Printing and production of the calendar has also been supplied free of charge by Antalis customer Full Square Ltd.

Each month features a different image of the natural world, which the charity is hoping will bring some cheer and optimism to 2021.

Costing £15, 100% of the sale of every calendar will be used to purchase food, clothing, beds, cookers and other essential items for people in need. Susan McEniff, Director of Marketing and Fundraising at Charity Link, said, “All the proceeds raised will ensure that vulnerable local people and children can have the essential items to be warm, safe and fed.”

Earlier, Antalis helped to raise much needed money for breast cancer research through sales of specially designed, limited edition packs of HP Office Pink Ream. Breast cancer is the most common cause of death for women under 35 in Europe. 1 in 8 women, and men, are affected by this devastating illness each year. Antalis, for the third year running, is selling limited edition packs of HP Office Pink Ream to support ‘Think Pink Europe’, an organisation that works to unite breast cancer campaigns and organisations across Europe. HP is donating 10p for every ream of HP Office Pink Ream paper sold.
