AWT’s Redesigned Rototex – Award-Winning Printer’s Capabilities Expand

02 June 2023: AWT World Trade Inc. continues to improve its award-winning manual textile screen printer. Since the Rototex was redesigned in 2018, the team at AWT has continued to find ways to make the printer suited for more types of textile printing than ever before. These efforts have culminated in an expansive line of specialized pallets.

AWT has a long-standing tradition of creating customized equipment based on the unique needs of manufacturers. In keeping with this philosophy, the engineers have created specialized pallets for a broad range of textiles, including lined jackets; small, medium, large, and jumbo; quick release; single sleeve; double sleeve; single leg, double leg, pockets; and an umbrella option. They have even added their high-powered vacuum table system as an option, ensuring any material will stay in the exact right place and cannot move during printing.

“The Rototex has been one of our most important products for over 40 years,” says AWT World Trade President, Mike Green. The Rototex has long been known for its consistent, accurate registration, sturdy construction, and user-friendly design. The features that set it apart, including superior fine line and half-tone reproduction, as well as its small lightweight print head have made it a favorite in production facilities around the world.

The array of options available for the machine has always been impressive; designed for 6, 8, 10, or 12 colors and the choice between 1, 4, 6, or 8 stations, and AWT is proud to add the large line of specialty pallets to the list of ways the machine can be customized to perfectly suit a printer’s needs.
