Bambu Lab A2L desktop 3D printer Launches in India at INR 48,999
05 August 2026: Bambu Lab has expanded its India presence with the launch of the A2L, a large-format open-bed desktop 3D printer priced from INR 48,999. Available through authorised channel partners since July 2026, the machine is aimed at makers, educators, designers and small businesses that need more room than a standard desktop printer provides.
The India launch follows the A2L’s global debut on June 1, 2026. Although Bambu Lab is now strengthening its formal brand presence in the country, the company says its printers have been sold in India through channel partners for nearly two years.
A larger bed for one-piece prints
The A2L has a build volume of 330 × 320 × 325 mm. Bambu Lab says this provides 105% more printable space than its 256 mm-class A1, reducing the need to divide large models into several sections. Likely uses include cosplay props, home décor, functional prototypes and small-batch products.
The printer uses Adaptive Vibration Compensation, which adjusts for changes in toolhead position and bed load. Two granular dampers built into the frame help absorb vibration during large or tall prints. Its closed-loop permanent magnet synchronous motor servo extruder monitors filament feeding, while sensors check for nozzle clumping, filament run-out, nozzle clogs and tangled spools.
Bambu Lab lists a noise level below 49 dB in Silent Mode. The A2L supports PLA, PETG and other non-engineering filaments, while optional hardware can extend its role beyond 3D printing.
Cutting, drawing and multicolour options
Optional Blade Cutting and Pen Drawing modules allow the A2L to cut materials including paper, stickers, leather and fabric, or work as a drawing tool. It can also connect to Bambu Lab’s Automatic Material System for multicolour printing and automated filament handling.
The machine works with Bambu Studio for slicing, Bambu Handy for remote monitoring and MakerWorld for downloadable models. RFID-enabled Bambu Lab filaments can automati cally load suitable material settings.
India price and availability
The standalone Bambu Lab A2L is priced at INR 48,999, while the A2L Combo costs INR 65,999. Both are available through the company’s authorised channel partner network in India.
