Grafco Presents EASYMATT HS matt screen printing inks
28 March 2025: This new range is suitable for many industrial applications, from membrane keyboards in coated polycarbonate and polyester, to the production of stickers and adhesives to be used in the under-varnish decoration of bicycles, accessories and motorbikes.
Grafco now presents a new range of matt inks for industrial applications: EASYMATT HS. This is a new range of matt screen printing inks developed by Grafco, which is suitable for many industrial applications, from membrane keyboards in coated polycarbonate and polyester, to the production of stickers and adhesives to be used in the under-varnish decoration of bicycles, accessories and motorbikes.
According to Grafco, Easymatt HS ink allows excellent printability with exceptional print definition both in the negative lines and very thin lines. Its formula has been optimised for low odor and perfect performance on the screen. Once dry, this ink is suitable for deep drawing, thermoforming and HF processing.
“We achieved excellent brightness and opacity of the Easymatt HS colors after a careful selection of the pigments by our R&D team. The colors of this matt range allow highest fastness to light and outdoor agents,” the company has shared.
The formula of the Easymatt HS range offers a wide range of adhesion and excellent reliability for industrial employment on PVC, coated PVC, melted PVC materials for stickers, polycarbonate, treated polyester, ABS, PMMA, polystyrene. Easymatt HS inks offer outstanding fastness to rubbing with alcohol and gasoline.
“For this ink range we did not use any silicone additives in order to avoid any problems with the double-sided tapes especially used in the membrane keyboards field, and above all to avoid flaws or bad adhesion in case of labels intended for over-painting and protection,” the company has pointed out.
EASYMATT HS is the Matt ink developed by Grafco to achieve the best performance required by the industry, while paying special attention to full compliance with all safety regulations. This ink line is completely free from aromatic solvents and CMR carcinogenic (C), mutagenic (M) and reproduction toxic (R) substances and preparations.
