IntraPac India 2025 (10-13 December) – Full of Knowledge, Experiences and International Visitors
25 November 2025: The Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA), registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, is delighted to welcome industry for 2nd edition of IntraPac India, scheduled to be held from December 10-13, 2025, at India Expo Centre, Greater Noida.
IntraPac India 2025 is a premier exhibition dedicated to the packaging and food processing industry, bringing together leading manufacturers, suppliers, technology providers, and professionals from India and abroad. Over 200 companies are expected to showcase their latest products, live machines and innovations covering a wide range of sectors, including food & beverages, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, consumer goods, bakery and confectionery. The event aims to highlight cutting-edge technologies, sustainable packaging solutions and future-ready innovations shaping the industry.
IntraPac India is receiving an overwhelming response from international markets. Visitors from Bangladesh, Nepal, Nigeria, Russia, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, and Zambia have already registered to attend the exhibition, reflecting its growing global appeal.
In addition to the exhibition, two major concurrent events will enhance the industry experience:
1. Food TekPack 2025 – A Knowledge Conference
Organized jointly by IPAMA and Indian Printers and Publishers, Food TekPack 2025 will be held on 11-12 December 2025 at the India Expo Centre. The two-day conference will focus on technology, innovation, and sustainability in the food and beverage packaging value chain. It will bring together brand owners, product managers, processing experts, cold chain solution providers, and packaging professionals for insightful discussions and networking opportunities.
2. India Packaging Awards
The India Packaging Awards, organized by IPAMA and the All-India Federation of Printers and Packagers (AIFPP) with the support of the Delhi Printers Association, will celebrate excellence and innovation in the packaging industry. The prestigious event will honor outstanding achievements, unique products and pioneering contributions to the sector.
As of now, 171 companies have confirmed their participation, with an additional 30 in the final stages of confirmation. The exhibition is expected to feature 200+ exhibitors, reflecting the industry’s growing enthusiasm and confidence in the IntraPac India platform.
To encourage participation, the Ministry of MSME has approved reimbursement of space rent and related expenses under its Procurement & Marketing Support Scheme (PMS). Exhibitors availing the Early Bird Discount through timely payments will enjoy additional benefits. Space allotments are being made based on priority numbers assigned to exhibitors.
IPAMA has also launched a series of nationwide promotional campaigns, including participation in major trade fairs and dedicated promotional meets in Amritsar, Ahmedabad, and Lucknow. Upcoming meets are scheduled in Morbi and Pune during the first week of November. These initiatives have received an overwhelming response from industry stakeholders.
