Korozo Group is Redefining the Future of Flexible Packaging at interpack
22 April 2026: International flexible packaging manufacturer Korozo Group is participating at interpack 2026 with a full suite of high-performance solutions, showcasing how the company is getting the supply chain future-ready with innovative, high-performance and sustainable packaging.
interpack returns to Messe Düsseldorf on 7-13 May, 2026. Korozo is exhibiting on Stand F32 in Hall 9. Korozo has experts on hand and stand-up pouch samples on show that are relevant to food and non-food customers alike, working in markets such as confectionery, home care, and personal care.
This demonstrates the variety of flexible packaging structures Korozo can manufacture using in-house extrusion technology. These films are then printed and either converted directly into pouches or supplied as rollstock, according to the client’s needs, and used to pack everything from everyday essentials and occasional treats to frequently used cleaning products and challenging chemicals.
For CPG and FMCG brands, Korozo’s expertise in the development and production of high-performance stand-up pouches is of particular interest. These are already trusted by brands and retailers for food and non-food packaging applications. To suit the widest range of applications possible, stand-up pouches can include spouted options, easy-open and reclose formats (including child-proof zippers), different handle options and customisation up to 5 litres.
The KoroSkin film range, for example, is an extremely versatile lidding film for a wide range of food packaging applications. At the same time, a low gauge delivers material savings of up to 20%, and high barrier properties extend the shelf life of products; excellent clarity and gloss ensure maximum shelf appeal.
These examples and others brought to interpack 2026 by Korozo underscore the depth and breadth of the company’s capability to produce sustainable and circular packaging structures. Manufactured using Korozo’s proprietary KoroRCY MDO-PE laminating film, the technology creates high-barrier mono-material pouches, flowpacks and other films to pack an endless array of products.
Selin Bahar Mesulam, Chief Marketing Growth Officer at Korozo, said “Sustainability remains the most important topic for brands and retailers. Consumers expect sustainable packaging solutions while lawmakers and regulations are demanding the move to recyclable solutions and circular business models.
“This is requiring fresh thinking and a new approach to packaging supply chains, where every loop must play its part to reduce the environmental footprint of flexible packaging and move the industry closer to Net Zero, or at least the 2030 specifications for recyclability and resource efficiency laid out in the EU’s Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).
Selin continued “We devise and deliver sustainable and functional packaging solutions. These are developed and manufactured at our site in ÇorluTürkiye, which is one of Europe’s largest integrated manufacturing facilities. Alongside the scope and scale this facility gives us to support our customers throughout Europe and elsewhere around the world, it gives reassurance to our customers that they are working with a reliable and trustworthy partner that can support their growth and long-term packaging requirements.”
