05 April 2021: Lüscher Technologies AG has opened a new demo and training center in Oftringen, Switzerland. The demo centre exhibits Lüscher’s latest Computer-to-Screen (CtS) and Computer-to-Plate (CtP) systems. Even if customers are currently unable to travel due to the ongoing pandemic, the company offers a live video demo on MS Teams.

Originating from a small family business with products for the textile and the Graphic Arts industry, Lüscher Technologies has continuously extended its product portfolio for more than 70 years for various industrial applications. The company manufactured technologically outstanding imaging systems for various printing technologies in Bleienbach.  Since May 2016, the company integrated into the Heliograph Holding Group, mutually benefiting from the network and the synergies.  Amid the pandemic, the company has been operating from its new building in Oftringen since March 2020.

Its MultiDX system is for the digital production of perfect printing stencils (Computer to Screen). With resolutions of up to 5080 dpi and higher,  MultiDX! meets even the highest requirements in technical flat screen printing. And the all-new JetScreen! LT stands for Process Reliability and Power Performance. The fiber-coupled laser diodes in the 405nm range have an extremely long lifetime of up to 20’000 operating hours and also dispose of enough power reserves to expose any customary Emulsion Trouble-free. Offering resolutions between 600 up to 2’400 dpi, the new Installation is able to meet the requirements of even the most demanding customer. Fully automatic laser calibration and autofocus (on the fly) provide consistent Quality and absolute process reliability.
