Mishra Textiles of Faridabad Adds 4th ROQ Textile Screen Printer

10 March 2022: With the recent addition of ROQ automatic textile screen printing machine, Mishra Textiles, Faridabad, has emerged as one of the largest textile printers in the Delhi-NCR region. This is their 5th automatic textile printing machine and their printing capacity has now gone up to about 20,000 pieces per day.

Giving details of their new acquisition, Uttam Kumar Mishra, Proprietor of Mishra Textiles says that owing to the market demand, his company has invested in two ROQ textile printers during the pandemic itself. The company has five automatic textile screen printing machines out of which four are from SROQ/ROQ. The latest ROQ machine is of 10 colour/16 pallet configuration with a 30 x 40 inch print area. They have one Oval textile printer from ROQ (10 color/24 pallet – 32×45 inch print area), ROQ 12 color/14 pallet (22 x 30 inch), ROQ 6 color/10 pallet (18 x 20 inch) and another Indian machine.

We preferred ROQ because right from the first machine, we had hassle-free print production as maintenance was bare minimum and service was not an issue. Even, for small spare parts, we need not be dependent on the company which could be sourced locally at times of emergency. Let me tell you, our maintenance cost of all these machines are very minimum whereas for other textile printers, in the long run, maintenance cost is high,” says Mishra, adding, “We had a lot of manual tables and we have only fully automatic textile screen printing facilities. The labour from the manual table printing unit has been re-pooled.”

Giving reasons for his success in the textile printing business, Mishra says “First of all, we are the job work providers and we depend on our customers. So, here trust is important – trust on quality, delivery and of course price should be reasonable. At any time we should be able to meet their volume and print size requirements. So, we decided to have a mix of small and big print area printers, etc.”

“We made this investment into extra-large print size textile printer from ROQ to create an economy of scale textile printing unit with 5 fully automatic printers. We have two production facilities of approx 910 sq.m. As job workers we can make repeat investments only if we have enough jobs coming and in the process employees’ dedication is important,” concludes Mishra.
