Nisha Enterprises takes over Beena Traders – Reflects spirit of camaraderie and respect for printing industry veterans
15 March 2021: When the founder-owner of Mumbai-based Beena Traders, printing industry veteran Jaysukh Bhatt decided that it was time to retire, his customers didn’t need to be concerned about their future requirements. In a move that reflected the spirit of camaraderie and respect for senior members of the printing industry, Bipin Badani, proprietor of Mumbai-based Nisha Enterprises, immediately stepped forward and offered to take over the venture. Now, with the addition of Beena Traders’ product portfolio, Nisha Enterprises offers complete solutions when it comes to screen printing materials for graphics, commercial and textile printing across India.
Nisha Enterprises was founded in 1992 and has been a regular supplier of a wide range of screen printing materials for printers in Mumbai and all over Maharashtra and also some markets in Gujarat. On the other hand, Beena Traders, founded in 1985, is a manufacturer and supplier of industrial cloth, filter cloth, bolting cloth, mono nylon cloth and vibrating screen cloth with customers all over India.
“I was thinking about the future course of our business and the acquisition of Beena Traders was well-timed as I wanted to add strength to our existing portfolio of offerings. Now with the addition of Beena Traders’ portfolio, we are expanding our presence all over India through their existing customers’ base,” says Bipin Badani.
“I already have 28 years of presence in the market and Beena Traders has a wide ranging presence all over India. Immediately after the takeover, we made it a point to communicate to Beena Traders’ customers and vendors about the new management, seeking their cooperation in future. And we have retained the mobile numbers and email ids for ease of future communication. So, communication is the key to such takeovers. And, management of both the businesses are not that much of a challenge since Beena Traders premises is near our existing business headquarters,” he adds.
