Omniprint Intl introduces Cheetah Industrial DTG printer
US based Omniprint International, one of the leading DTG manufacturers in the world, has introduced their new direct to garment printing machine called Cheetah Industrial DTG printer. The DTG offers quality prints up to 2400dpi, said to be the fastest industrial direct to garment DTG printer to print on a wider range of materials including 100% polyester and cotton/poly blends.
With Industrial bulk ink system, the Cheetah was designed to run 24×7. The bulk ink system allows for reliable non stop operation with inline degassing, filtering, and ink management that is trouble free.
According to the company, the new DTG comes with Dual Independent Platten Technology. The individual platens can be configured to work independently. When an operator is unloading one garment, the industrial digital t shirt printing machine is busy printing the next garment, thus increasing productivity.
Moreover, the DTG is featured with True OnePass which allows dark garments to be fully completed without the need to return to do the cmyk layer. The white print heads and color heads are tuned to work together to print the base and colors at the same time so that each garment being printed is finished in one pass.
