Paintindia 2022 Exhibition Rescheduled to 26-28 May 2022
11 January 2022: Paintindia 2022, which was originally scheduled to be held on 10-12 March 2022, has been postponed to 26-28 May 2022. The show will be held at the originally planned venue, that is, at Jio World Convention Centre, BKC, Mumbai.
In his message, Dilip Raghavan, Managing Director, PAINTINDIA 2022 Exhibition and Editor-Publisher, PAINTINDIA, said “The Exhibition was to mark the return of in-person trade fairs as the first major event for Coatings Industry not only in India but the world over, after the prolonged COVID pandemic. As we stand just two months away from the scheduled event, the new Omicron variant has once again thrown up new challenges in terms of safety and business prospects, both of which are non-compromising for us at PAINTINDIA. Hence, we have taken a conscious and measured decision to reschedule the PAINTINDIA 2022.”
He reiterated that the change in the dates has no impact on the confirmed booths (location, size, configuration, etc.) which means that all the efforts and planning that have gone in thus far remain unaffected. PaintIndia is an important trade fair for the paints, coatings and allied industries in this part of the world, and said to be the third largest show of its kind the world over. It has been in existence for over 25 years now, and has been the fastest growing event globally in this space. It comes from the same lineage as the magazine of the same name, which has been serving the Industry for over 70 years now. More recently, it has been fortified and strengthened globally with the joint ownership between the erstwhile owners and the owners of the European Coatings Show.
