PSI 2027 Moves to Cologne After Six Decades in Düsseldorf

22 July 2026: PSI 2027, the promotional-products trade show organised by RX Deutschland, will be held at the Exhibition Centre Cologne from 12-14 January 2027. It will be the show’s first edition in Cologne after more than 60 years in Düsseldorf.

PSI is Europe’s leading trade show and sourcing platform for promotional products, incentives and merchandising. The event brings together distributors, decorators, agencies, manufacturers and importers, with product discovery, business meetings and industry exchange at its core.

The relocation was announced by RX in August 2025 and confirmed in June 2026 after RX Deutschland and Koelncongress signed the hosting contracts for the Koelnmesse exhibition grounds. PSI’s previous edition, held from 7 to 9 January 2026, remained in Düsseldorf.

The move gives PSI a long-term mid-January slot that avoids the 6 January public holiday observed in several European markets. The show will use the northern halls at the Cologne exhibition centre, which RX says will offer a new layout for exhibitors and visitors.

PSI remains a business meeting point for the promotional-products sector, covering supplier-buyer contact, new product ideas, education and networking. PSI is known for creativity, sustainability and innovation.
