Rajeetha Prints, Tirupur Installs 5th ROQ Automatic Textile Printer

14 March 2022: Rajeetha Prints is a GOTS, PRIMARK, C&A, DISNEY and H&M approved textile printing factory in Tirupur, having the capacity to print about 1.25 lakh pieces of t-shirts per day. Headed by R. Raj Kumar, Managing Director, the company has recently installed the 5th ROQ automatic textile printer, thus reposing its trust and loyalty in the brand ROQ.

Rajeetha prints were established in the 90s with manual printing and gradually it grew into a large textile printer as they kept on adding capacities, first with manual tables, then manual carousal printing machines, all housed in a 35000sq.ft production facilities. As the demand for quality and quantity (volume) increased, the company quickly switched over to full automatic screen printing now with the 5th ROQ textile printer. They have ROQ’s biggest textile printer (12 color/18 pallet) which can print 90 x 120 cm. The new machine (10 color/18 pallet) has a 60 x 90 cm print area.

With this huge printing capacity, the company offers all types of printing services such as Pigment, Nonpvc, Glittering, Flock, High-density, Foil, Glow in dark, Crack Print, Gun Spray and Discharge. “Our dedicated team has more than 20 years of experience in the textile printing field. The main reasons for buying only ROQ textile printers are The best quality, high performance, competitive price and most importantly reliable after-sales service. With all these ROQ’s advantages, we never thought of buying other textile printing machines. In a hectic textile printing hub like Tirupur, service is the main factor, although quality and price are also two other important aspects in decision making” says R. RajKumar, who is having over 28 years of experience in textile printing. Before starting his printing business, he had worked for a couple of years in a garment printing unit.

The company has also diversified into sublimation printing to meet the non-cotton fabric printing needs of its customers with large format dye-sublimation printers.
