Recently, Nashik based MSME Rangvishwa Enterprises management offered a joyful moments to its Team combining a fun filled outing, entertainment with “83,” a recent movie on India’s success in 1983 world cup cricket; a proud moment of Awards and Appreciations, insightful management gyan, delicious Dinner and a return journey with a fantastic memory. In his social media, Rangavishwa Enterprises, founder Nilesh Joshi mentioned “The goal is what matters, and the journey for it is enjoyable too.”

The company’s management is aware of that men, machine, materials and management are important aspects for achieving overall efficiency and competency in the global market. Its founder Nilesh Joshi, says “We always appreciate the efforts taken by our team members. We conducted a program to motivate, appreciate and congratulate by sharing a token of appreciation to every team member. We organize such monthly programme to facilitate and appreciate our employees’ achievement in the form of work efficiency, suggestions, Kaizen improvements, cost-saving activity, wastage reduction, etc. We believe that such activities add up to the overall growth of the company and by rewarding the employees they get motivated and efficiency level increases.”

Established in 2007, today the company has a well-equipped manufacturing unit spread over 6,000 sq. ft. with the controlled and dust-free environment as per the requirement of industrial screen printing. Rangvishwa developed into a wider process and product development company in the past decade using several advanced printing methods to form electronic circuits, sensors, systems and devices. It has advanced infrastructure and processes which include screen printing, digital printing, die-cutting, color matching, and laser fabrication, clean-room membrane switch assembly and laminating processes.
