Sakurai creates new System Integrate section

23 October 2020: Sakurai Graphic Systems Corporation, Japan, has established a new System Integrate Section, designed to meet the customer needs. SI section facilitates manufacturing of machines to meet the customers’ current needs. The aim of SI section is to incorporate customers’ feedback and make screen printing presses as desired.

SI suggests the appropriate machine specification to customers and in turn customers can seek modification which will be considered after the Sakurai’s internal consideration. Sakurai will comply with the requests and make machines as desired.

Flow from the consultation to backup service after installation:

1. Consultation with the customer in regards to the specification:
Sakurai team will ask the technical specification during the conversation with customers. Sakurai confirms its customers desired requirement in comparison with its machine specification. Then, Sakurai suggests the most appropriate specification to meet customers needs such as adding special function, connection with your existing equipment.

2. Various tests implementation: Sakurai performs a printing test with actual machine as per customers’ product specification, desired condition. Sakurai’s factory has several screen printing presses as well as some measurement equipment. Sakurai provides quantitative evaluation against the result then submit the proposal based on the evaluation to customers.

3. Proposal and Determination: Sakurai refers to the proposal submitted to its customers after the test printing; then a final specification is suggestsed to match perfectly with customers’ needs. At this point of time customers have right to decide the determined specification receiving Sakurai’s proposal.

4. Machine production: Sakurai will start machine production as soon as its customers approve the final specifications. After machine production, Sakurai team wll conduct Final Acceptance Test (FAT) with the machine. In the Final Acceptance Test (FAT), Sakurai uses an acceptance list created on the basis of an agreement with the customer, and ship the machine after receiving customers’ approval.

After machine installation, Sakurai responds to changes in work contents and consultation of additional functions at any time.
