Sakurai Highlights Prototype-Specific Contract Manufacturing at New Technology Introduction Show 2022
24 November 2022: Sakurai Graphic Systems Corp. recently conducted its New Technology Introduction Show 2022. The event highlighted the scope for prototype-specific contract manufacturing with emphasis on ‘New Ideas Spun by Screen Printing: a common sense approach.’
The presentation commenced with the basic question – What is ‘prototype-specific contract manufacturing’? and highlighted its three features: The first was – Considering delivery of equipment. For customers considering the delivery of equipment, we offer ‘prototyping and contract manufacturing’ to support the development of new products. The second feature was – You can use manufacturing equipment purchased by us, which reduces the initial investment. The third feature was – With processing machine manufacturers Partnerships enable us to cover the entire process from printing to processing. This was followed by the ‘prototype-specific contract manufacturing’ flow, which comprises planning .. construction .. prototype .. evaluation .. initial mass production and In the future .. equipment supply and then, results of achievement.
The strengths of ‘prototype-specific contract manufacturing’ were conveyed. 1) Minimising initial investment: At an uncertain stage in which it is uncertain whether the business is feasible. An introduction of contract manufacturing equipment comprising Air shower .. Print line .. Laminating Device .. Die-Cutting Device .. Slitting Device was also provided along with other facilities such as 2 times coats (MSDR60), turned type hot air dryer and 1 time coat (MSDR30).
Sakurai also conveyed that ‘We offer equipment customized to the specifications of the customer and can also provide equipment other than printing machines through our relationships with manufacturers of dryers and processing machines.’
