Saralon’s New Set of Saral Inks is Perfect for Developing Touch Panels in Applications like Automotive and Home Appliances

26 August 2025: Saralon has unveiled a complete new set of Saral Inks© specifically designed to print flexible membrane switches that can bend and stretch. This innovative Saral Inks Set is perfect for developing touch panels in applications like automotive and home appliances, especially on curved and complex surfaces. The new stretchable ink set for membrane switches includes:
– Saral StretchSilver 100 – over 300% stretchability with very good sheet resistance.
– Saral StretchCarbon 200 – specifically designed for TPU and other bendable plastics.
– Saral StretchUVDielectric 100 – stretchable dielectric ink for protecting the conducting layers. All of these inks work perfectly together and can be easily printed on top of each other without any issues.

Saralon also provides ink solutions for printed, flexible heating applications. If you are designing heaters for curved, soft, or stretchable surfaces, their developed ink set for stretchable surface heating has created a lot of buzz.
