In his presentation he shed light on all the aspects of business that will change post Covid-19 pandemic and how businesses should be prepared to stay relevant even after.Key points discussed by him were: Avoid the creating a business plan to change your business model; what can change in your business model? Innovation Vs Technology; and how to address change in your team? During his talk, time and again he mentioned that in order to sustain business, one should fail fast and learn fast, like a powerful boxer fighting inside the ring. He said that businesses should have a grip on their business and transform it with a practical, fast innovated approach.

COVID-19 pandemic is categorized into three codes, red, orange and green. In a similar way, he explained the three scenario of economy that will emerge post COVID-19. He said ‘Red’ code would mean issues related to cash flow, liquidity cases; Orange code refers to opportunities, turnover, customers, processes, dependency, etc. And Green code refers to Post COVID, new reality, what does my company look like, new market possibilities. He said that the old thinking: “I am trying to sell what I have now” won’t work in future as it will take lot of energy. Because there would be new and disruptors coming into markets who will stir behavioral change and the old products and services won’t fit into that change. New innovators will bring breakthrough products into markets which do not exist yet. So, there is need for expansion of new activity into existing products lines. He said in future mindshare would be in focus rather than only market share and businesses need to be customer centric. He outlined three big challenges that need to be addressed in future, embrace new opportunity along with frustration, Improve or design new strategy, and give people emotional safety.
