Shori Chemicals Opens New Outlet in Ludhiana

09 February 2022: Responding to the rising potential and sustained demand from printers, Shori Chemicals has opened up a new outlet in Ludhiana. The move reflects the customer-centric mindset of the NextGen currently driving the business to higher levels of growth.

Ankur Gupta, says, “We have opened a New Shop at Bahadur Ke Road, which is the main Hub of Garments Manufacturers & Printers in Ludhiana. One of the main reason to open a new shop in this area is that the customers want quick / on-time delivery of inks and related raw materials. Our Main Shop location (Cheema Chowk) is 7-8 kms. from Bahadur Ke Road and it takes 30 minutes to 1 hour for delivery once customer places the order. Today, turn-around time and quick delivery and prompt service is essential part of the business success, so we took this decision to be accessible at the hub itself.”

Founder of Shori Chemicals, Ludhiana, Raj Paul Gupta had passed way on 26.2.2015 due to a heart attack. Born in 1948, he was a well known personality in the industry. Originally from Amritsar he did his M. Sc. Honors in Chemistry in 1970 from Punjab University. He was known for his expert technical advice, which he used to impart to industry personnel. He was modest by nature and always ready and willing to assist someone through his valuable knowledge and experience.

Raj Paul Gupta started his career immediately after completing his M.Sc. in 1971 with trading of dyes and chemicals. Then in 1989, he started a new venture called M/s. Shori Chemicals in industrial area, dealing in dyes and chemicals.

In a very limited span of time Shori Chemicals was a well established and reputed company serving industries like textile, rubber, paint, plastics, dyeing, finishing, packaging, pharmaceuticals etc. Today, Shori Chemicals is a pioneer dealer of dyes and chemicals and with all his efforts the company is in the top list of dealers of India and legacy is being carried forward by his son Ankur Gupta.
