Stahl’s Introduces Colour Changing HTV
09 April 2022: In continuation of offering innovative products, STAHLS, USA, has recently introduced a range of new special effect color changing heat transfer vinyls (HTV) under the name CAD-CUT UV Shift Heat Transfer Vinyl. This color changing HTV is something magical, once it is exposed to Sun/UV light, it changes from matte white to a stunning, vibrant color, as stated by the company. It is available in Blue, Magenta, Violet and Yellow in roll form.
According to the company, UV Shift HTV is easy to weed, easy to apply, and has a hot peel to keep production flowing smoothly. One can use one color or all four available colors to create a design that looks basic but changes to a vibrant, multi-colored look in seconds. The Sun-activated HTV can be paired with another special effect material for an even more unique look.
Explaining the salient features of the new HTV, STAHLS’ Product Specialist, Sarah Gulock, said “Once the material is taken out of UV light, the colors will start to fade and turn back to their original white color. The longer it’s exposed to UV light, the longer it’ll take for the colors to turn white again. Think of it like you’re “charging” the material – the longer you let it charge, the longer it’ll last.”
