T. T. Ltd. Plans Diversification and Move to New Growth Sectors

12 November 2025: At its Board Meeting on November 5, 2025, T. T. Ltd. – one of India’s leading vertically integrated textile companies – unveiled a series of strategic initiatives aimed at driving diversification, global expansion and brand growth. After successfully restructuring operations, optimizing resources and strengthening its brand over recent years, the Company has announced three new ventures to reinforce its position in both domestic and international markets.

Corrugated Box Manufacturing
T. T. Ltd. will enter the corrugated box manufacturing segment – a fast-growing and high-margin business that complements its textile operations. The new unit, based at the Avinashi plant, will utilize existing infrastructure to efficiently serve both in-house packaging needs and external clients in the textile and FMCG sectors.

International Office in Vietnam
The Company is setting up a sourcing and marketing office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – a key textile hub connecting Europe, the USA, and major Asian suppliers. This move strengthens T. T. Ltd.’s export competitiveness and enhances its presence in the global textile supply chain.

Expansion of the ‘Hiflyer’ Brand
Continuing its focus on core textile operations, T. T. Ltd. is expanding its “Hiflyer” brand into premium outerwear and high-end innerwear, targeting the growing domestic apparel market and international retail segments.
