Taniya Machinery (P) Ltd. Shines at Plast India 2023 Expo

18 February 2023: Plast India 2023 Expo held from February 1-5, 2023 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi witnessed a substantial number of visitors thronging the Taniya Machinery (P) Ltd. stall over the five-day event. The NextGen has become an integral part of the business and is actively driving the company’s progress, a noteworthy development that was quite evident during the expo.

Sharing details about their experience, Taniya Singh, who looks after the Digital Marketing aspects of Taniya Machinery (P) Ltd. said “We launched Heat Transfer Machine (HTL Printing Machine) for round / bucket printing (as film is pasted directly on the round surface) and has wide application for plastic containers industry at Plast India 2023. The show was a great success for us. We have booked more than 20 machines at the expo and a few are export orders from Africa. You can say that approximately, 15% of our sales is exports and 85% is local sales. We want to further increase our export turnover. Our stall must have been visited by 10,000+ visitors coming from all over India, neighbouring countries, Middle East and Africa region.”

Nitin Singh, who takes care of the production and automation, affirmed, “We are expanding our production line and also launching/ introducing new models catering to a wide range of printing industry applications. We now have 3 factories with a production area of 10,000 sq. ft. and a workforce of 70+ skilled people. At Taniya Machinery, we manufacture over 200+ machines every year.

The company founder, Gagan Singh, is a veteran of the Screen Printing Industry with highly skilled and technical expertise. He has over 35+ years of experience in machine manufacturing and is a well-known and reputed personality. He is also Joint Secretary (South) at Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA) – India’s Apex Body for Printing Machinery Industry.

Elaborating on their USP, he said, “We are one of the leading manufacturers and exporter of a wide range of Printing Machines. These machines are fabricated under the supervision of our experienced professionals using high grade material, which is procured from our trustworthy sources.
