Redington and The Printer House Join Forces to Revolutionise India’s Label and Packaging Industry

05 January 2026: Redington Ltd. a Fortune India 500 company and a leading integrated technology solutions provider has partnered with The Printer House (TPH) to distribute and support the Orient L&P Series, a digital printing solution designed for label and packaging applications. The collaboration marks Redington’s strategic move to expand its footprint beyond commercial printing into the fast-growing packaging and labeling segment.

Under the agreement, Redington will manage sales, service and consumables for the Orient L&P series across India. The partnership aims to strengthen domestic manufacturing and promote “Made in India” printing technology in both domestic and global markets.

The label and packaging sector in India has seen rapid growth driven by increasing consumer demand for customized and sustainable packaging solutions. Industry estimates suggest the Indian packaging market could exceed USD 80 billion by 2026, supported by the rise of e-commerce, FMCG and export-oriented manufacturing.

According to Ramesh K. S., Vice-President of Digital Printing at Redington, the collaboration represents a significant step in the company’s strategy to support next-generation digital printing ecosystems in India. He said the partnership would enhance access to efficient and sustainable printing systems designed for local needs.

Rishab Kohli, Managing Director of The Printer House, noted that the Orient L&P Series, developed and manufactured in India, reflects the growing capability of the domestic printing equipment industry. The alliance, he said, would help local converters adopt advanced digital technologies and compete globally.

The Orient L&P series, a proudly Indian-designed and manufactured product by The Printers House, supports the “Make in India” initiative. Through this partnership, TPH will leverage Redington’s extensive network to expand the series’ reach into international markets, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to printers worldwide.
