ULANO unveils QFX Blue – Solvent Resistant, One-Component Photopolymer Emulsion

24 April 2026: Dirk Oelschläger, Regional Sales Director, Ulano Inc. explains the advantages of the solvent resistant, one-component photopolymer emulsion.

ULANO has unveiled QFX Blue, the solvent resistant, one-component photopolymer emulsion. It is built for the next generation of functional printing. ULANO QFX Blue is used for the production of high-quality, solvent resistant stencils. High resolution and excellent mesh bridging make it suitable for printing finest half-tones, lettering and designs (circuit boards, ceramic decals, bar-codes).

ULANO‘s new top emulsion is ideal for functional screen printing and all highly demanding applications such as touch panels, membrane switches, printed electronics, security prints etc.

This ready-to-use, one-component photopolymer emulsion combines exceptionally high exposure speed with outstanding imaging precision, making it perfectly suited for modern CTS imaging systems as well as conventional film exposure workflows. Its optimized photo-reactivity ensures fast processing, reliable stencil formation, and consistent production results, even in high-throughput environments.

Engineered for industrial durability, the emulsion provides excellent resistance to aggressive solvents and UV inks, making it ideal for long print runs and high-volume production where stencil stability is critical.

A standout feature is its extraordinary resolution capability. The emulsion delivers superb reproduction of very fine lines, microstructures, and smooth halftone gradients, ensuring maximum detail fidelity for today’s most precise screen printing applications.

With its combination of speed, robustness, and extreme image definition, this new ULANO emulsion represents the top-tier solution for printers who demand uncompromising performance in functional and electronic printing.
