The innovation was developed in response to a customer seeking an embroidery-like finish while reducing production costs and shortening lead times. Rather than relying on conventional embroidery, Garisol’s technical team engineered a specially formulated puff ink system that produces a soft, raised, three-dimensional effect closely resembling genuine zigzag embroidery.
