Hanrun Paper Moves UV Printing Into 3D Digital Decoration

23 September 2026: Hanrun Paper is taking UV printing into 3D digital decoration for apparel, footwear, bags, headwear and other flexible products. The Nanjing supplier is pairing the UV-H9060 lifting printer with dedicated 3D label ink and film, and it plans to discuss that work at INDO SIGN & AD EXPO 2026 in Jakarta.

UV printing still sits mainly in signage and rigid industrial jobs. Hanrun argues that instant curing, multi-layer printing and film transfers can put raised logos and textured graphics onto garments with less setup than conventional embroidery. Wash and hand-feel results remain company claims. The push also sits beside Hanrun’s wider DTF, UV and sublimation tools for short-run decoration.

What Hanrun’s 3D digital decoration system includes

Hanrun is selling a matched set rather than a lone machine. The UV-H9060 Multifunctional Platform Lifting Printer is a 90 x 60 cm UV flatbed with a lifting table that the company rates for objects up to 50 cm high. Its product page lists a negative-pressure ink system, 1 L ink capacity, a 3 L waste-ink tank, and automatic capping, moisturizing, wiping and ink suction. Hanrun also says the printer can lay white, CMYK and varnish in layers, which is the mechanical basis for raised graphics.

The dedicated UV 3D Label Ink is listed in cyan, magenta, yellow, black, white and gloss, in 1 L bottles, for T-shirts, bags, shoes and hats. Hanrun says the ink is made for flexible materials, with a soft hand, wash resistance, and low-VOC, low-odor use. Those points are manufacturer statements; the product page does not publish independent wash-test data.

On film, standard Label Film is the white base. Hanrun also sells Gold/Silver metallic film and Gold/Silver glitter film for logos and fashion details. Shops that already run a UV DTF system on hard goods will recognise film-and-cure transfers, even though this stack is aimed at garments and a thicker build.

Raised UV marks and embroidery

Embroidery still needs digitizing, hoop setup and machine time, which hurts short runs. Hanrun says combining 3D Label Film, 3D Label Ink and UV printing can produce raised, textured, embroidery-inspired marks with less of that labour. The company is exploring that look and stops short of calling it a stitch replacement. 

Apparel is the obvious target, and Hanrun also lists teamwear, sportswear, bags, footwear, headwear and fashion accessories. That sits next to shops already using DTF printing technology for fast garment transfers.

INDO SIGN & AD EXPO 2026 in Jakarta

Hanrun said it will exhibit at Booth B3K018 during INDO SIGN & AD EXPO 2026, set for 7-10 October 2026 at JIExpo Kemayoran in Jakarta. Organiser Krista Exhibitions lists the show as its 14th edition on signage and advertising technology. The booth number comes from Hanrun’s 20 September post; the organiser homepage does not list it.

Hanrun invited visitors to discuss digital printing solutions in Jakarta. It did not publish a verified booth inventory for this edition, so the 3D label stack should be read as the line the company is promoting now, not as a confirmed live demo list.
