Hanrun Paper bundles DTF, UV and sublimation into one production setup
13 August 2026: Hanrun Paper, the Nanjing-based digital printing supplier founded in 2009, is pushing a tighter package of printers, consumables and finishing gear for DTF textile work, UV decoration and dye-sublimation. The pitch is practical: short runs, personalised goods and tighter process control are pushing shops away from loose, machine-only setups.
According to the company, its General Manager, Allen, said digital printing is moving beyond standalone machines toward linked production lines where equipment, consumables and workflow tools work together on efficiency, consistency and flexibility.
DTF line for polyester and sportswear
On DTF, Hanrun focuses on dye migration and fume control, especially on dark polyester and performance fabrics. High-temperature transfer can push polyester dyes through the print layer, yellowing white ink and dulling detail.
Its DTF package centres on the Super A-808 DTF Printer, an automatic powder shaker and recycling unit such as the Super-B800, the C-800 XY automatic cutter and a six-station automatic heat press from its Super-F series. The intended flow covers print, powder, cure, cut and heat transfer.
Hanrun also sells anti-sublimation DTF powder aimed at polyester and stretch sportswear. The company says the powder helps limit dye migration during hot transfer so whites stay cleaner and images stay sharper. Powder-shaker models are marketed with stronger oil-smoke extraction and powder recycle; broader “patented smoke backflow”.
UV options for rigid and shaped work
For packaging, signage and giftware, Hanrun lists roll-to-roll UV DTF systems, flatbed models including the UV-H6090S, UV-H1612 and UV-H9060, plus UV DTF film and foil-transfer materials. UV DTF is positioned as print-first, transfer-later work for glass, ceramic, metal, plastic and other rigid surfaces.
Sticky sublimation paper for stretch fabrics
For sportswear sublimation, Hanrun offers Hi-Sticky sublimation paper in several gsm grades. The company says the high-adhesion coating is meant to keep paper and elastic fabric together during pressing and cut ghosting from fabric movement.
