IHGF Delhi Fair Spring 2027 Sets 15-19 March Dates

06 November 2026: IHGF Delhi Fair Spring 2027 will take place from 15 to 19 March 2027 at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR. Organised by the Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH), the 63rd edition will offer international buyers a venue to source Indian home, lifestyle and gift products.

IHGF Delhi Fair Spring 2027 product range

The organiser expects more than 3,000 manufacturers and exporters to take part. The advance preview describes the fair as a sourcing venue for retailers, importers, wholesalers and design professionals looking for products for the season ahead.

The fair’s official preview lists 16 product categories, covering furniture, home décor, gifts, lighting, kitchen and dinnerware, bathroom accessories, outdoor products, fashion jewellery and bags. Christmas and festive decorations, toys, aroma and spa products also feature in the category listing.

Craft materials and supplier discussions

The organiser’s cane, bamboo and paper category includes bamboo furniture, cane baskets, paper products and handcrafted home décor. The category page also names recycled paper and paper-based packaging among its material and product themes.

The wider fair will put traditional handicrafts alongside contemporary home and lifestyle collections. According to the organiser, buyers and exhibitors can discuss product developments, market requirements and export orders.

Who can visit the fair?

The organiser’s visitor information describes the exhibition as a business-to-business fair. Its list of visitor groups includes overseas buyers, buying agencies, sourcing consultants, domestic volume buyers, retail chains, interior designers and hospitality buyers. Published daily opening hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Indian Standard Time.

Buyers can pre-register through the fair website. According to the organiser, exhibitors must be member exporters and meet its prescribed participation guidelines.
