Pamilano Brands Installs Brother GTX Pro Bulk

25 January 2022: Pamilano Brands (P) Ltd. of Pun has recently installed Brother GTX Pro Bulk 424 DTG Printer. The deal closure was initiated by Brother GTX Distributor Partner Negi Sign Systems & Supplies Co.

While ‘profit from outfit’ sale disturbs the planet, Pamilano Brands, founded by Rakesh Ameta, is an ‘Earth-first vogue’, where every sale of merchandise contributes to plant and give a fully grown tree back to nature. The company believes that climate change and its effects are putting humanity’s survival at risk. And the fashion industry is one of the largest contributors to this fairly dire crisis. As such, for Pamilano Brands, reducing environmental impact has been a top priority since day one. At Pamilano, it wants the right choice to be as easy as putting on a great T-shirt. That’s why they partner with the best, ethical factories and source only the finest materials. The company’s ‘fashion statement’ states “Building the fashion platform to offset the climate change impact on our beautiful planet earth.”

The GTXpro is the perfect solution for personalised products like shirts, fabric bags, shoes and such print on demand jobs. One can print on cotton, silk and polyester, all with the same ink. The compact design offers the possibility to react on varying production numbers and to optimise processes in a flexible way.

Brother GTX Pro Bulk has recently introduced a ‘Mass Production and Flexibility’ featured, new industrial grade direct-to-garment printer. The DTG has industrial white print head with internal ink circulation which reduces the amount of white ink needed for cleaning.

The newly designed white print head has even more nozzles which allow to print in high-speed mode, up to 10 % faster. Moreover, the automatic cleaning processes have been reduced to increase productivity drastically. OekoTex Passport and GOTS 5.0 certified Innobella textile inks are used in this new DTG. For an excellent print quality, the new sensor technology controls the optimum height of the print platen in order to prevent ink mist. And, by starting to print automatically without manual confirmation at the end of systemically relevant processes, like print file loading or automatic cleaning.
