LOUPE India 2026 Opens Registration for 10th Edition

31 July 2026: Registration has opened for LOUPE India 2026, the renamed edition of Labelexpo India, which will run from 29 October to 1 November 2026 at the India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida, Delhi NCR.

The four-day event will mark its 10th edition. It retains labels as its core focus while widening its coverage to include shrink sleeves, pouches, inline folding-carton converting and other package-printing applications.

Wider scope for converters

The rebrand reflects a broader shift among label converters seeking work in adjacent packaging formats. Visitors will be able to compare digital, hybrid and conventional printing systems, along with finishing, automation, colour-management and workflow technologies.

The event will also cover materials and consumables such as films, laminates, inks, coatings and adhesives. Its official exhibitor directory says more than 250 companies will participate, including suppliers from India and several overseas markets. As the show has not yet taken place, the exhibitor total and the organisers’ expectation of increased international participation remain pre-event figures.

Organisers said the event is intended to help converters assess diversification options without losing control of margins or waste. They say that issue is becoming more relevant as brands seek shorter production runs, faster delivery and more product variants.

“Labels remain the core of our show, but the opportunities around them are bigger than ever,” said Andrew Galloway, Group Director EMEA at LOUPE Global.

Pradeep Saroha, Event Director for LOUPE India, said exhibitors would help visitors identify “practical, low-risk ways to broaden capability” and respond to changing customer expectations.

Technology and materials on display

The planned exhibits span presses and converting systems for labels and related package-printing applications. Visitors can also expect solutions for prepress, inspection, finishing, substrates, RFID, security, software and curing systems, according to the event website.

The event is aimed at label and package-printing converters, brand owners, material suppliers and technology providers.

The show is scheduled to open from 10:30 am to 6 pm on 29, 30 and 31 October. On 1 November, it will run from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm.
