Overwhelming Industry Response Sets Stage for PRINTPACK INDIA 2027

07 November 2026: The 17th edition of PRINTPACK INDIA 2027 is witnessing an encouraging industry response, with exhibition space reportedly fully sold out ahead of the five-day international trade fair scheduled from 30 January to 3 February 2027 at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR.

Organised by the Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA), the exhibition will bring together machinery manufacturers, technology providers, material suppliers, printers, packaging converters and industry professionals from India and overseas.

Strong Exhibitor Participation

According to recent updates from IPAMA, exhibition space has been fully booked, reflecting strong demand from domestic and international companies. Earlier promotional information confirmed participation commitments from more than 578 exhibitors, with the exhibition planned across approximately 100,000 sq. metres.

Following the encouraging booking response, IPAMA has intensified promotional activities through regional industry events and outreach initiatives to attract business visitors from major printing and packaging centres.

The exhibition will cover pre-press, offset printing, digital printing, screen and textile printing, flexographic and gravure printing, label production, corrugation, finishing, converting and packaging technologies.

Visitors can explore machinery, automation systems, printing inks, substrates, consumables, paper products, testing equipment and allied manufacturing solutions.

Technology Innovation and Business Opportunities

PRINTPACK INDIA 2027 will provide a platform for manufacturers to introduce technologies, demonstrate equipment capabilities and establish business relationships with prospective customers. Automation, digitalisation, production efficiency, sustainable packaging and advanced converting solutions are expected to attract considerable industry attention.

The exhibition will also offer opportunities for Indian machinery manufacturers to strengthen international market connections and explore export prospects.

Building on the Success of PRINTPACK INDIA 2025

The previous edition, held from 1-5 February 2025, featured 565 exhibitors and attracted 1,41,101 business visitors from India and overseas.

According to IPAMA, the exhibition generated business enquiries worth approximately Rs.3,428 crore, alongside spot business transactions valued at around Rs.1,475 crore. These results have strengthened expectations for the forthcoming edition.

International Visitor Facilities

To encourage overseas participation, IPAMA plans to provide complimentary airport and exhibition-related transportation for international business visitors.

Leaders of overseas business delegations comprising at least 15 members may also receive up to two nights of complimentary hotel accommodation, subject to the organiser’s arrangements.

With strong exhibitor participation and expanding international outreach, PRINTPACK INDIA 2027 is positioned to facilitate technology exchange, business networking and investment opportunities across India’s printing and packaging industries.
