ASSOCHAM’s ITVC Expo beckons from September 28-30, 2023 at Surat
09 August 2023: As India focuses on fortifying its global positioning, the collective efforts by the textile value chain will help the country to be Aatmanirbhar in every sphere of the sector. Such synergies will also help India emerge as the sole supplier of good-quality textiles in the world, with an export value of $100bn by 2030.
With India taking on the G20 presidency, this is an opportune moment to showcase the potential of India’s vibrant textile sector in the global value chain. ASSOCHAM is organising ‘International Textile Value Chain Expo’ from September 28-30, 2023 at Surat International Exhibition & Convention Centre (SIECC), Surat, Gujarat.
The objective of this exhibition is to put forward and showcase the sustainability initiatives across the textile value chain, technology advancement along with potential strategies for enhancing manufacturing competitiveness in the Indian textile value chains harnessing the unleashed potential of export in textile industry.
The event will see participation from more than 10 Indian states and 10 global countries, with 200 plus speakers sharing insights in 15 technical sessions. 10,000+ trade visitors are expected spanning 3 days. Networking events have been planned during the exhibition where foreign missions and buyers can meet with local exhibitors and industry experts. Over 500+ B2B, BSM & B2G meetings on export promotion, Investment, handling business tie-ups and ventures.
ASSOCHAM has been evenly enthusiastic to explore the greatest capability of the various sector aligned with the initiatives in bringing together the stakeholders of the textiles value chain. Over the years, ASSOCHAM National Council on Textiles & Technical Textiles has been highlighting an inclusive platform for all players in the value chain to congregate under one roof, network and discuss ways to create a level-playing field for everyone involved.
