Print Sangam 2027 Links Bengaluru Summit, Awards and Expo

24 October 2026: Print Sangam 2027 will bring Digital Print Asia, the NAEP and GPEA awards, and Bharat Print Expo to the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru, from 12-15 May 2027. The organiser’s programme combines business discussions, print-quality recognition and equipment displays, giving printers and converters different reasons to attend. The organiser’s announcement identifies the All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP) and ReEnvision Events (P) Ltd. as collaborators.

Print Sangam 2027 starts with business strategy

Digital Print Asia will open the programme on 12 May 2027 with the theme “Mind Your Business… not just your Print!” The official summit outline names automation, production efficiency, business systems, technology adoption and profitability as areas of focus.

The emphasis is on the decisions behind a printing operation, rather than machinery specifications alone. For owners assessing workflow changes, this connects investment planning with the way a business runs. Related printing industry training options can help readers consider staff development alongside equipment choices.

NAEP and GPEA awards follow on 13 May

The official awards programme schedules the National Awards for Excellence in Printing (NAEP) and Global Print Excellence Awards (GPEA) for 13 May 2027. Organisers describe their focus as quality, creativity, innovation and craftsmanship across print and packaging.

The awards give recognition a separate place within the wider programme. Readers following industry competitions can also see Manipal’s PrintWeek Awards results for coverage of another print-sector awards event.

Bharat Print Expo runs from 13-15 May

Bharat Print Expo will run for three days, starting on 13 May and closing on 15 May 2027. Its advertised scope includes commercial and offset printing, digital printing, screen and textile printing, labels, flexible packaging, corrugation, signage and finishing.

The exhibition’s published exhibitor profile also includes prepress systems, converting equipment, inks, consumables, automation and software. The intended visitor groups include printers, converters, brand owners, print buyers and packaging professionals. Organisers plan opportunities to inspect machinery and meet suppliers; these remain programme intentions, not reported business outcomes.

The listed equipment categories extend to flexographic and gravure printing, paper converting, binding and lamination, carton folding and corrugated-box production. Testing equipment and inspection systems also appear in the profile. For production managers, that makes the exhibition relevant to checks beyond the press itself, including converting capacity and finishing requirements. These categories describe the organiser’s intended coverage, rather than a confirmed machine-by-machine demonstration list. Buyers looking for a particular model should check individual supplier announcements before planning a visit.

AIFMP’s industry update lists that exhibition for 30 January-3 February 2027, ahead of Bharat Print Expo in May.

Check registration for each activity

The Print Sangam programme lists Bharat Print Expo as free for eligible trade visitors, with trade identification potentially required. It marks Digital Print Asia and the awards programme as paid activities, with separate registration options. Visitors should therefore choose the relevant event rather than assume one registration covers the full four-day programme.
