Creofoil® ‘Made in India’ Machines Launched at PrintPack 2025 Dazzle Visitors From Across The Globe

Q: What was the response to the machines launched by you during the PrintPack 2025 show ? How was the feedback from visitors and which aspects of the machine were they inquiring more about ?
A: As this was our first Printpack exhibition participation and it’s a Indian drupa show, we displayed fully automatic screen printing machine with in line UV curing machine with in line foiling machine. We also displayed semi-automatic screen printing machine with UV with inline foiling attachment. For small quantity jobs, we displayed our economic screen printing machine with Nano foil plus model.
Q: Why did you decide to launch the machines during the PrintPack show ? How was your experience and what were your observations based on the interaction with industry members during the show ?
A: As PrintPack is a Indian drupa show, it is definitely a good platform for us to launch the new products. In the PrintPack show, visitors are not only from India but we also get overseas visitors from countries like Dubai, Nepal and Sri Lanka. We displayed our full range of products that are suitable for large as well as small quantity print jobs to give the right solution to the printers. During the interaction with printers we realised that now they are more focused on quality work and that they prefer ‘Made in India’ products.
Q: Which are the USPs or special capabilities that set your machines apart from others in the market ? What was the R&D effort done by you and which are the important advantages or benefits that they offer ?
A: From the last one year we prepared ourselves for PrintPack. We made a beautiful sample kit with foiling and spot UV effect. Our main USP in our foiling machine is Step N Repeat / Foil Saving Option, which we are the only one manufacturing and displaying this technology in the Printpack show. This is the brainchild of Piyush Bhutwala, the Director of Creofoil®. Two years ago Creofoil® was the only one to launch this technology and we manufacture the UV varnish and foil rolls also.

Q: Looking at the market trends and requirements for screen printing, what are the factors driving the demand for these machines and how do you see the situation going forward also ?
A: Yes of course, now everyone wants some specialisation in his print and that’s is possible with screen printing with foiling option, Nowadays, people are more focused in high speed machine and that’s the reason we launched fully automatic solution where the printer make 25,000 prints in 12 hours.
Q: What is the significance of your machines in the current scenario and how do you see them driving growth for printers and the screen printing industry as a whole?
A: The Creofoil® foil printing machines were developed in order to address all of the problems that are associated with printing presses. These problems include the cost of running a printing press, as well as its functionality. The other machine manufacturers couldn’t provide solutions for these issues because they didn’t actually work on a printing press themselves. So Creofoil® develops machines and solutions that are completely compatible with an ideal printing press.
As from last few years, the packaging is the main selling tool for printers, like perfume boxes, sweet boxes, agarbatti (incense sticks) boxes, etc., where we can help the printers with providing one stop solution on printing part. We also like to inform you that we are not only a machine manufacturer; we are printers also and our main focus to give the correct machine to printing industry.
Q: What are the targeted markets for these machines ? How does the location of your manufacturing facility enable you to service these markets in a better way ?
A: As our manufacturing unit is at Surat and we are more focused on packaging and industrial printing like dials, ceramic decals, PCB, metal printing, heat transfer lables, etc. it provides a great advantage.
Q: What is your vision for your company and the brand going forward ? Do you see these machines being in line with the ‘Make in India’ concept ?
A: We are having all over India dealer network to support the printers on service and machine parts. Yes, as we have so many projects in the pipeline and maybe next few years we are coming out with more machines with latest technology and yes, it’s made in Surat only so that’s ‘Made in India.’ Our vision to be an innovation and a global leader in the foil printing industry. We are a young and dynamic company that sees itself at the forefront of a new era of innovation in the industry.
