Innovative Digital Systems’s QuadRev 360 UV – New Rotary Printer to Decorate Round Objects
24 October 2022: Innovative Digital Systems, USA, has launched a new rotary printer Model QuadRev 360 UV. It is next-generation industrial UV inkjet printer, specifically engineered for high-speed direct-to-object printing on cups, bottles and tumblers that are metal, glass, or plastic.
According to the company, most importantly, it can print simultaneous dual objects and 2×2 shuttling stations. Additionally, this printer is equipped with a highly efficient UV-LED curing system and high-speed printheads capable of printing W + CMYK + Varnish (Clear Coat). The machine comes standard with a UV-sensitive sensor to prevent accidental light exposure to the printheads, a visible laser guide to easily set z-axis print origin, and white ink agitation that operates 24/7. QuadRev 360 is the ideal solution for tapered/conical object printing for short to medium-runs as well as one-off customized/personalized production. This machine is superior to traditional imprint methods such as pad printing, screen printing and digital thermal transfers with low setup and consumable costs, the company claimed.

This printer is equipped with a highly efficient UV-LED curing system and high speed printheads capable of printing Primer + W + CMYK + Varnish (clear coat). The printer can perfectly produce consistent registered images with a resolution up to 1200 x 900 dpi.
