Keetronics Honoured with ELCINA merit for an indigenous rugged display

09 October 2026: Keetronics (India) (P) Ltd., Pune, received a Certificate of Merit in the Excellence in Innovation (SME) Category at the 51st ELCINA Awards for Excellence 2025-26. Presented at a ceremony held at The Lalit Hotel, New Delhi on 24 September 2026, the award recognised the company’s development of an indigenous rugged display system.

What the company says the display can do

Keetronics product pages describe rugged displays from 3 to 27 inches for defence, avionics, railways and industrial automation, with OCA and OCR optical bonding, EMI mesh, NVIS filters, heaters and MIL-grade aluminium enclosures. The company timeline starts in 1994. It dates a Class 100 clean room for optical bonding to 2025 and Sakurai screen printing machines to 2020.

AR/AG (Anti-Reflective and Anti-Glare) glass and display solutions are engineered for demanding defence, aerospace, environmental, optical and EMC applications. Depending on product configuration and testing requirements, they can support compliance with MIL-STD-461, IP protection ratings, RoHS, UL and REACH requirements, as well as ESD and EMI performance standards.

Keetronics also builds membrane keyboards and other printed interface parts. Rajesh Kulkarni is founder and CMD in this publication’s 2024 report, which covered his remarks on flexible and hybrid printed electronics at SEMICON India 2024.
