Print UV 2027 Registration Opens for Las Vegas Event

05 September 2026: Print UV 2027 registration is now open for the April 19-21, 2027 conference at Encore at Wynn Las Vegas. The biennial event will combine UV and LED UV printing, high-value special effects and applied AI, giving commercial printers, packaging converters and label producers a focused place to compare technology and business practices.

What does Print UV 2027 registration cost ?

The current Super Early-Bird rate is USD1,900 per attendee, USD300 below the USD2,200 standard rate. Early-Bird registration, priced at USD2,050, begins January 1, 2027. Guest registration costs USD200, while Monday’s optional AI Experience costs an additional USD 300 per attendee.

A team of five paying the Super Early-Bird rate would save USD1,500 against the standard rate. The organisers also offer a hotel block for April 18–23, subject to availability. Booking instructions follow confirmed conference registration; the official event page does not publish a fixed room price.

What will the UV printing conference cover ?

The 2027 program has three connected subjects: UV and LED UV technology; high-value print and special effects; and applied AI for print. Technical sessions will address curing, inks, coatings, substrates and production, areas also reflected in recent developments such as the INX–Koenig & Bauer partnership and LED UV curing systems.

Special-effects discussions will cover foil, tactile finishes, embellishment and premium packaging. Printers exploring this work can also review practical metallic embellishment examples.

The applied AI program, produced with Imagine AI Live, will connect AI to estimating, sales, production and creative work. Its exact hands-on format has not yet been announced. Existing industry tools, including AI-assisted embellishment design, show the sort of pressroom application delegates may want to assess.

How will the three-day schedule work ?

Monday, April 19, starts with an optional afternoon AI experience and ends with the welcome reception. Tuesday and Wednesday, April 20-21, are full content days with general sessions, exhibits, shared meals and peer discussions. Organisers describe the format as intentionally small, with the session room and sponsor hall close together.
