Pröll Glass Printing Inks Set for glasstec 2026

02 October 2026: Pröll GmbH has confirmed plans to exhibit at glasstec 2026, taking place on 20-23 October in Düsseldorf, Germany. Its listed portfolio includes glass printing inks, protective lacquer and a screen system, giving glass decorators an opportunity to discuss materials for backlit displays, appliance panels and hollowware.

The official exhibitor directory places Pröll in Hall 12, Stand G32-2, while the organiser confirms the dates. Screen Print India’s glasstec 2026 preview provides further background on the event.

Glass printing inks for displays and touch switches

Pröll describes NoriGlass OR as a glossy, silicone-free, two-component ink for second-surface glass decoration, particularly backlit vending-machine and ticket-machine displays. Second-surface printing places the decoration on the reverse of the glass.

According to the manufacturer, the outdoor-resistant system offers high UV resistance and low electrical conductivity, including its black shades. Available options include opaque black and white inks alongside infrared-transparent colours.

NoriGlass TP targets glass decoration for touch-switch symbols and backlit displays. Pröll describes this solvent-based ink as silicone- and halogen-free, with resistance to household cleaners, dishwashing detergents and several chemicals and solvents.

These are established product families rather than confirmed 2026 launches. Screen Print India’s Pröll glasstec 2024 preview previously covered both NoriGlass systems, Aqua-Temp SIG and TF-QuickChange.

HydroGlass FG adds a water-based option

Pröll’s HydroGlass FG exhibitor listing describes a new water-based, two-component screen printing ink for reverse-side decoration of flat glass. The company says printed glass can cure at 120°C to obtain good resistance properties.

The listing also describes a long screen open time, a range of basic colours and transparent shades with good flow. Pröll says the opaque white and black shades provide coverage in a single print.

Protective lacquer and heated screens

Aqua-Temp SIG L 68742 is a water-based, two-component protective lacquer intended as a final overprint. Pröll says the heat-cured coating protects underlying decoration against scratching during subsequent handling and processing.

The company also specifies its use over NoriGlass OR, NoriGlass TP and ZK-Two-Component Ink before those solvent-based layers undergo heat curing. Visitors should discuss the complete ink-and-lacquer curing sequence for their application.

The TF-QuickChange screen system combines a custom-made aluminium self-tensioning frame with a prefabricated screen for hollow-glass decoration. Its exhibitor listing specifies screen heating up to 95°C and names thermoplastic glass inks, thermoplastic organic inks, cold pastes and UV inks among the materials it can process.
