Protolab Electrotechnologies Exhibits at Electronica 2022, Munich

19 December 2022: Navi Mumbai-based Protolab Electrotechnologies (P) Ltd., recently showcased their capabilities at Electronica 2022, Munich, Germany. The company exhibited its latest in Human Touch Interfaces, Printed Electronics, designed and engineered, keeping in mind the sustainability factor.

Protolab showcased a wide range of Flexible Printed Electronics with LEDs and Dome switches designed and engineered. “We proudly showcased ‘Made in India’ products at the Electronica 2022. We have been taking part in the show since 2018. It has been an energetic experience. The show brought the best in technologies and networks and an experience of the future. We could meet many of our existing clients and new prospective customers,” said Sanjay N. Mehta, Managing Director of the company.

“Protolab is a leading solution provider in providing solutions for customised Flexible membrane keypads with design considerations for extreme environments. Protolab is all about adding visually elegant and intellectually powerful solutions to every expectation and application in the industry. We showcased our efforts to add the TOUCH – HMI Input Devices,” says Mehta.

The company introduced Vandal Resistant Metal Keyboards. This range of HMI input Devices and Switching Solutions are hermetically sealed and affordable keyboards made with all steel. They are designed in such a way that they withstand the harshest environments and extreme human vandalism. It is most suited for the hazardous environment in sectors like defence, aviation, industrial automation, kiosks, construction sites, ATM machines, petrol pumps, laboratories, public utilities, etc.

Protolab was formed in 1989 with a 50-member team with 10 manual machines, and 8 testing Equipment. Today, in its 33rd Anniversary year, Protolab has grown to 250 team members operating 102+ High Tech Machines, 24+ advanced testing Equipment and 3 Sakurai automatic flatbed high-speed screen-printing presses. Protolab is a women-dominated company. Their team comprises 75% women working across different organizational levels, from skillfully creating our products to efficiently managing operational and managerial functions. Our female employees consistently operate our automated lines, carry out manual tasks and even operate heavy manufacturing machinery with care and precision.
